Backups
We are backup fanatics. All databases are backed up incrementally to one on-site, and two off-site locations, every half hour. Web files and e-mail are backed up every few hours to these same locations. Our incremental backups allow retrieval of nearly every version of every file for up to six months. So if you need a copy of a file that was on our servers last Wednesday, we can get that version to you.

Support requests are directed to our highly trained support techs who are always backed up by at least one on-site programmer and a systems administrator who are available for e-mail,

Our Network
All services (e-mail, web, database, etc.) and network connections are monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We are automatically notified of outages and irregularities in connectivity, security, temperature and humidity via audio and visual alarms, e-mails, pages and text messages.
All of the hardware used on our network is redundant. Spare servers, drives switches, routers, etc. are always at hand for easy replacement should something fail. All servers implement hardware RAID (1 or 5), multiple network cards, and redundant power supplies for mission critical machines. All of our servers are dual-processor, dual-core, or quad-core machines.

Our connection to the Internet is triple redundant. If one connection fails, traffic is automatically routed through the other available connections. Additionally, our network intelligently decides which of our connections is the shortest distance between your customer and our servers and routes traffic accordingly.
